Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized service.
• Build client relationships through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations, cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visuals.
• Process transactions and support inventory cycles; assist teammates.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; stay adaptable and professional.
