Responsibilities

• Serve as Brand Ambassador, delivering warm, hospitable client care.
• Be the primary contact for enquiries via telephone and email on tickets.
• Manage daily ticket volumes via Freshdesk and meet SLAs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and activity.
• Communicate professionally and accurately reflecting standards.
• Handle complaints and escalation with empathy and solution focus.
• Collaborate with specialists, finance, shipping and ops teams.
• Identify service failures and escalate trends for improvements.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
