Job summary

World Finance in Denton, TX is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Temporary) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparations and related services. You will perform daily outbound calls, meet with customers, and close loans in a fast-paced branch setting.

The role requires strong communication skills, high-volume call experience, and reliability. Compensation is $16 per hour with performance-based bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Willingness to obtain required licensing for insurance purposes.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting business.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
