Law Tyme, Inc. seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney licensed in Arizona and/or Nevada. The role supports a plaintiff personal injury firm; remote work is available for AZ licensees, with in-office work in Las Vegas for LV-licensed attorneys.

Ideal candidates understand pre-litigation stages of personal injury law and may be newly admitted or experienced attorneys. A generous bonus structure accompanies competitive salary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas. If you are licensed in Arizona and live in Arizona the position will be remote. If you live in Las Vegas and are licensed to practice Law in Arizona, the position will be “in office” in Las Vegas.

The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. We will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and/or Nevada
• Manage your Legal Assistant Team
• Health, Dental, Eye, PTO (sick and vacation), paid Holidays, and a generous bonus structure.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, so it can vary from $125K to $160K for experienced Attorneys. We also offer a generous bonus structure.
