Law Tyme, Inc. seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney in a remote-capable role, primarily handling plaintiff personal injury matters from Las Vegas. Arizona or Nevada licenses are required, with Nevada in-office in Las Vegas or remote from AZ if AZ license is held.

Ideal candidates understand pre-litigation stages, possess strong leadership and client-facing skills, and can manage a legal assistant team while advancing cases and negotiations.

Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas. If you are licensed in Arizona and live in Arizona the position will be remote. If you live in Las Vegas and are licensed to practice Law in Arizona, the position will be "in office" in Las Vegas.

The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Licensed in Nevada is a plus. We will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.
