Job summary

Law Tyme, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney licensed in Arizona (and/or Nevada) to handle early personal injury matters. The role can be remote if AZ-licensed and residing in AZ.

We will consider both newly admitted and seasoned attorneys. You will manage your Legal Assistant Team and benefit from comprehensive health, dental, PTO, holidays, eye coverage and a generous bonus structure. Salary is competitive.

• Experience in pre-litigation personal injury matters preferred.

Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas. If you are licensed in Arizona and live in Arizona the position will be remote. If you live in Las Vegas and are licensed to practice Law in Arizona, the position will be “in office” in Las Vegas.

The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. We will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, so it can vary from $125K to $160K for experienced Attorneys. We also offer a generous bonus structure.
