Job summary

Law Tyme, Inc. in the United States seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney licensed in Arizona (or Nevada) to join a well-known plaintiff personal injury firm.

If you're licensed in AZ and live in AZ the role is remote; if you live in Las Vegas and are licensed in AZ, the position is in-office in Las Vegas. You will understand pre-litigation stages of PI law, lead a Legal Assistant team, and collaborate with a long-standing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a Legal Assistant team.
• Ability to work remotely from Arizona or Las Vegas with strong communication.

Pre-Litigation Attorney needed for well-known and long-standing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm based in Las Vegas. If you are licensed in Arizona and live in Arizona the position will be remote. If you live in Las Vegas and are licensed to practice Law in Arizona, the position will be “in office” in Las Vegas.

The ideal Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. We will consider newly admitted attorneys with little experience as well as seasoned Attorneys.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with your experience, so it can vary from $125K to $160K for experienced Attorneys. We also offer a generous bonus structure.
