Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the community’s front-line ambassador for prospective and current residents. You will build relationships, showcase the property, and guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include leasing office upkeep, greeting and touring prospects, handling inquiries, explaining leases, and coordinating move-ins.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for fees and deposits.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Valid driver's license and current insurance if required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents and present the community features.
• Maintain leasing office and model apartments in pristine condition.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease terms and collect application fees per policy.
• Coordinate move-in dates and ensure move-in documentation is complete.
• Generate and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
• Monitor local market conditions and rate trends.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
• Support renewal efforts and resident retention activities.
• Conduct move-in follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
