Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a Lab Technician in East Longmeadow, MA for a temporary three-month assignment. You will support sample handling, processing, and data recording in our environmental testing lab.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work in a lab setting, with PPE provided. Prior lab experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear PPE.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
