Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Westborough, MA is seeking a Lab Technician for our environmental testing laboratory. You will support sample preparation, maintain documentation, and participate in training to grow a career in laboratory sciences.

This full-time position follows an evening shift (Thu–Mon, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM) with a strong benefits program and opportunities to develop skills in environmental testing and data management at Pace®.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred; chemistry lab experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting and wear PPE; standing for long periods.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.

Education
