Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a commercial law firm in Midtown Manhattan to hire a Temporary IP Litigation Paralegal who can start immediately and commute five days a week. Responsibilities include document review, organizing discovery, drafting and reviewing discovery responses, deficiency letters, and tracking deadlines.

The position pays based on experience, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to gain exposure to IP litigation and eDiscovery workflows.

Job description

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a commercial law firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary IP Litigation Paralegal. Candidates must be able to start immediately and be comfortable commuting to the office in Midtown Manhattan five days per week. Pay rate is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct document review and organize discovery materials.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing discovery responses.
• Draft and assist with deficiency letters and related correspondence.
• Track outstanding discovery requests, deadlines, and case milestones.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to the office in Midtown Manhattan five days per week.
• Experience in IP litigation
• Experience managing discovery, including document review and discovery responses.
• Familiarity with deficiency letters and tracking outstanding discovery issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Experience with litigation databases and eDiscovery platforms.
