Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Inventory & Receiving Assistant to support the Maintenance Tool Crib and Technical Stores. You will perform inventory cycle counts, receive deliveries, organize materials, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills including Excel and email, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages and deliveries from carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Deliver received materials to tool crib or storage locations.
• Label, organize, and store inventory items in proper locations.
• Assist with inventory audits and stockroom organization.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage and receiving areas.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or missing materials.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and plant rules and procedures.

Temporary Inventory & Receiving Assistant

Shift Openings:

• 1 Position – 1st Shift

• 1 Position – 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Provide support to the Maintenance Tool Crib and Technical Stores by performing inventory cycle counts, receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and assisting with general inventory accuracy activities. This position requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy per direction.

• Receive packages and deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

• Deliver received materials and packages to the tool crib or designated storage locations.

• Label, organize, and store inventory items in proper locations.

• Assist with inventory audits and stockroom organization.

• Maintain clean and orderly storage and receiving areas.

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or missing materials to supervision.

• Follow all safety, food safety, and plant rules and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Pay Details:

$14.50 per hour
