This position is short-term, ending no later than November 2025.

The Role

We seek a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and relationship-building skills. The role involves strategic and creative work, supporting the Director of Influencer Marketing with strategy, data analysis, optimization, budget management, and industry relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies with the Director
  • Review contract terms including deliverables, pricing, and usage rights
  • Collaborate with teams to execute brand objectives
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and creators
  • Oversee content review processes
  • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to generate insights
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing best practices and legal guidelines
  • Maintain and grow a network of influencer, talent, and agency relationships
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, with agency background
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans
  • Knowledge of contracts, influencer terms, and negotiations
  • Understanding of FTC guidelines
  • Experience managing high-profile talent and budgets
Compensation

$110,000 base salary for a 5-month temporary role, 40 hours/week, remote within the USA.
