KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team comprises highly trained third-party professionals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.

KPMG, in partnership with MBO Partners, is seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the main day-to-day support, owning 8 Executive Influencer relationships, content calendars, and strategy.
  2. Contribute as a key strategist and sounding board for a rapidly scaling program.
  3. Find new efficiencies in process and reporting systems, including AI tools.
  4. Train and guide new team members in this exponential scaling effort.
  5. Communicate clearly and professionally with executive leaders, managers, peers, clients, media, partners, and others.
  6. Demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and proofing skills, including proficiency in AP style, and use various content types to reach diverse platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  7. Research and understand content across US and global firm to assess applicability for the Influencer roster and identify adjacencies.
  8. Be a resourceful self-starter and solution-seeker with high initiative and curiosity.
  9. Respond enthusiastically to change and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  10. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and organization skills.
  11. Be digital and social media savvy, with an understanding of traditional and non-traditional PR strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
  1. Experienced professional with expertise in B2B social media and content.
  2. Ability to re-articulate complex content into snackable social posts.
  3. Ability to find adjacencies from disparate topics and reinforce firm branding.
  4. Capable of capturing synergies across campaigns, pillars, industries, brands, and the firm.
  5. Ability to communicate at an executive level and build trust with Partners.
  6. Adapt style and process in interactions with Partners to create genuine content.
  7. Understand firm structure and infuse work with firm values.
  8. Multimedia experience to create bespoke content (video, podcasts, graphics).
  9. Ability to utilize and develop AI tools for drafting and SEO optimization.
  10. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
  11. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Details

Pay Rate Range: $50 - $70 per hour (USD). The final pay rate depends on experience and other factors.
