We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. Candidates will be contacted via email and text on an as-needed basis. Hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. What does a Hurricane Relief Agent do?
Assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve customer experience, utilize our service techniques and systems, and escalate dissatisfaction appropriately. Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude and be a team player dedicated to providing excellent service during challenging times.

Starting pay based on experience, with benefits including PTO, incentives, health coverage, retirement plans, disability, life insurance, career growth, paid training, and a casual work environment. Specific benefits may vary by location.
Primarily sedentary work involving sitting/standing for long periods, using computers and office equipment. May occasionally move or exert force up to 40 pounds.
