Job Type: Part-Time

Pay Types: Hourly + Bonus

We seek agents to respond to disaster relief efforts on a temporary, remote basis. Candidates will be contacted as needed. Hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Applicants must complete an application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test on our careers page.

Responsibilities

What does a Hurricane Relief Agent do? We enhance customer experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests, applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems during challenging times.

  • Assist customers with service inquiries

  • Escalate dissatisfaction appropriately

Agents should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, positive, and enthusiastic daily.

Candidate Qualifications

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the location. Willing to undergo background/security checks and drug screening. Employment contingent on results.

Physical Requirements
