We seek agents to respond to disaster relief efforts on a temporary, remote basis. Candidates will be contacted as needed. Hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. What does a Hurricane Relief Agent do? We enhance customer experience by providing exceptional solutions to simple requests, applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems during challenging times.
Agents should be confident, engaged, team-oriented, positive, and enthusiastic daily.
