Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with confidential information and HR/administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in document handling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a project.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, prepare, and categorize confidential HR documents for scanning.
  • Scan records and upload into designated HR systems and electronic files.
  • Perform QA reviews to ensure legibility, completeness, and indexing accuracy.
  • Shred confidential records according to retention procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Label, archive, and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Retrieve records for authorized HR staff and track progress.
