Job summary

Zadig & Voltaire is seeking a hands-on Temporary HR Generalist to support Corporate and Retail teams across the U.S. and Canada, with a strong focus on our Retail population.

This role manages the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, HR operations, compliance, scheduling, reporting, and systems administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist or recruitment experience.
• Experience with HR operations, compliance, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts: post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS.
• Lead onboarding from offer to Day 1, ensuring compliance.
• Manage offboarding, including system removals and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and run regular reports.
• Support benefits eligibility updates and HR expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; assist Wage & Hour updates.
• Participate in HR projects such as onboarding redesign and handbook updates.
