Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support the HR team of a large, established insurer in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent HR experience considered.
• Experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar support role.
• Experience using Paycor or another HRIS platform is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsive first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
• Maintain accurate employee files and perform regular audits of documentation.
• Support HR administration, including records, changes, documentation, and coordination.
• Assist with FMLA and leave-related questions following company procedures.
• Support benefits open enrollment communications, materials, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with recruiting activities: posting, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
