Job summary

Goodman Manufacturing is seeking a temporary HR assistant for a 1-month assignment at the Daikin Texas Technology Park near Houston, TX. You will assist with day-to-day HR operations, handle inquiries on pay, policies, and programs, and help maintain records and employee files.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in data entry or administrative support; knowledge of Kronos is a plus. Training and growth opportunities are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Applies basic administrative skills.
• Microsoft Office – Outlook (email), Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists with employee relations
• Administers employee changes
• Maintains employee and HR files
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, pay, timekeeping, procedures and programs
• Maintains Kronos and approvals
• Supports other HR staff
• May provide support to other HR administrative areas in the Company
• Performs other duties as assigned
