JX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant (Temporary) to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding at our Mesa location. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience with strong recruiting and interviewing skills and a focus on confidentiality.

The role requires highly organized, independent work in a fast-paced environment, handling job postings, screenings, onboarding paperwork, and employee records with a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with recruiting and interviewing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assist with the hiring process.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and provide general HR support.
• Assist with employee inquiries and other HR-related tasks as needed.
