Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in fast-paced clinical settings in Washington state. The role focuses on patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is required.

The position offers day shifts with a 40-hour week and opportunities to participate in quality improvement, documentation, and ongoing education. Current WA/Compact license is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA or Compact License.
• Minimum of two years of hospital, home health, or hospice experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide case management and hospice care services as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
