Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand essential functions and maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of medical records within required timeframes.
• Report and track deficient documentation to support compliance.
• Review provider documentation at admission for accuracy and finalization; ensure signatures are obtained.
• Compile multidisciplinary reports into formal treatment teams and discharge summaries; obtain signatures within timelines.
• Perform data entry, sorting, filing, and indexing of records.
• Process release of information requests and maintain consent forms to ensure HIPAA compliance.
