Job summary

Responsibilities include mowing, using various gasoline tools, maintaining beds, debris removal, and seasonal snow tasks. One year of related manual tasks experience or a compatible education/experience mix is expected.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in performing a variety of manual tasks related to the job.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be used to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Mow grass with push and riding mowers.
• Operate gasoline-powered equipment such as trimmers, edgers, blowers, and tractors.
• Maintain plant beds and outdoor landscaping.
• Remove limbs and debris daily.
• Rake/mulch leaves in fall and assist in snow removal.
• Maintain storm water basins to prevent flooding.
• Pick up trash and empty outdoor bins daily.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of grounds equipment and vehicles.
• Assist in vehicle inspections and routine servicing.
