Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related manual task experience or education recommended.
• Ability to operate grounds equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mow grass with push and riding mowers.
• Operate various gasoline-powered grounds equipment.
• Maintain plant beds, mulch leaves, and assist with snow removal.
• Rake leaves and collect debris daily; manage trash on grounds.
• Inspect and assist in maintenance of grounds vehicles and equipment.
• Assist in fueling and minor repairs; perform routine tasks as assigned.
