Redstone Residential seeks hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks based on the needs of each property. Temporary Turns Helpers may be assigned to groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, cleaning checks, or other basic duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license may be required for driving roles.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties.
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks.
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed.
• Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing).
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff.
