Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a part-time Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the community, including indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, and grounds. The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include routine apartment checks, maintaining curb appeal, and assisting with basic repairs. Requirements include janitorial experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and 4–6 hour standing shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete daily tasks with minimal oversight.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand 4-6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments.
• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all common areas.
• Keep the property free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Maintain grass and landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
