Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a part-time Cleaner to ensure the cleanliness and safety of its community. This role covers indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking structures, and snow/ice removal to maintain designated standards.

duties include cleaning checks of resident apartments, maintaining curb appeal, basic repairs, and upholding exemplary customer service and teamwork. Position is non-exempt with 4-6 hour standing shifts and a $13.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Relevant janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Ability to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand 4–6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments.
• Ensure the property maintains curb appeal and is clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance duties.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model and common areas.
• Keep the property free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Look after landscaping and watering of flowers as needed.
