Join our friendly, collaborative, and hardworking Development team, reporting to the Manager, Gift Processing Systems.

What You Would Be Accountable for:

The Temporary Gift Processing Coordinator will be responsible for the following key pieces of work:

  • Collaborate with other members of the Development Operations team to provide donors an excellent giving experience by using all available technology and resources to maintain timely processing and acknowledgement.
  • The coordinator plays a key role in prepping gift scanning and files and coordinates with the Finance team for check deposits.
  • Coordinates with the Gift Processing team to ensure a donor-centric process to ensure timely gift entry and acknowledgment, including the posting of in-house printed acknowledgements and tribute cards.

What Else You Should Know:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Raiser’s Edge.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of experience in non-profit, development, or related field.
  • Strong experience in gift processing and data entry.
  • General understanding of fundraising standards and methodologies.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage heavy workloads during peak times.

This position is set in a office environment. SALARY The position is full-time. The starting salary for this position ranges from $30.22-31.16, with exact salary depending on experience.
