Description

We are currently looking for a Temporary Full-time Nanny in New York, NY (10025). A wonderful family on the Upper West Side (98th and Broadway) is seeking an active and engaging nanny to care for their almost 2-year-old child. Care will be needed on the following schedule:

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with potential for overtime (up to 5 hours per week).
• Start date: May 19th, 2025
• End date: September 5th, 2025

Responsibilities include:

• All aspects of toddler care for one child
• Engaging and age-appropriate activities, including outings to nearby playgrounds and parks
• Avoiding screen time per family’s request
• Meal preparation
• Being mindful of child's allergies to cashews, pistachios, eggs, and kiwi
• Light housekeeping and laundry related to the child

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of paid, professional toddler care experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Photo ID for verification purposes
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus but not required
• Ability to pass a background and social media check

Compensation + Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $27-32/hr for approximately 40 hours per week
