Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with expertise in entertainment law to advise us on legal matters, negotiate and draft rights and services agreements, navigate legal aspects of pre-production, vet creative content, and assist with board compliance. Bonus points for experience in production legal and understanding of entertainment-based nonprofits. We are especially interested in connecting with law firms that offer pro bono assistance to organizations like ours.

Time Commitment & Term

Flexible! Ideally, a monthly virtual check-in and availability via email for legal questions. We hope for at least a two-year commitment to grow with us.

Availability & Perks

Mostly virtual, with occasional opportunities to attend shows. Benefits include supporting the arts, impacting lives through laughter, joining a passionate team, and possibly some fun cameos at comedy shows. Most importantly, you must love to laugh!
