Role Description

Seeking a law student, legal intern, or recent graduate to assist in preparing an opposition for a small claims court motion to dismiss. The court date is scheduled for early May, and support is needed urgently to help organize and finalize materials already in progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing legal filings and business documentation
• Assisting in the structuring and editing of the opposition
• Providing legal insight or guidance related to strategy (optional)
• No court appearance required

Ideal Candidate:

• Interested in business law, contract disputes, or consumer protection
• Sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable signing a basic NDA
