The Temporary Front of House Lead operates ticketing software to process sales, exchanges, and will-call while providing excellent customer service and front-of-house support during select evening and matinee performances. This role generates ticketing and sales reports, records attendance, and coordinates and trains ushers to ensure adequate coverage for each performance. This position receives general direction from the Division Chair of Visual & Performing Arts. Employee may not exceed 19.5 hours per week.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical effort-restricted: Sustained posture or intense attentiveness for prolonged periods. Light lifting (less than 30 lbs.), some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Minimal Hazard/Exposure: Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls to assure health and comfort.

BENEFITS

Part-Time Retirement. Participation in Medicare Part A, but not Social Security (FICA).
