Job summary

DURAND INC in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a Maintenance Technician to support group homes and day programs. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will perform corrective maintenance, fleet upkeep, and routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

You will survey items for repair or replacement, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, transport materials as needed, perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance, and prioritize and schedule multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School graduate a plus.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corrective maintenance and fleet activities for group homes and day programs.
• Survey fleet and facility items in need of repair or replacement and report to Maintenance Manager.
• Perform transport, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance checks as needed.
• Prioritize, schedule, and supervise multiple projects as required.
