Job summary

Dungarvin inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep residential homes, grounds, and vehicles in safe, well-maintained condition and to perform preventive and corrective maintenance as needed.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of building maintenance experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and on-call availability in evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of building maintenance experience.
• Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
• Good communication and teamwork, able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residential homes, grounds, and property are well maintained and in good repair.
• Participate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planning.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of Dungarvin's fleet of vehicles.
• Coordinate external vendors for skilled maintenance repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance documentation and manage tools, equipment, and keys.
