Qualifications

• High school diploma with one year of related office experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement and qualification diversity.
• Experience in higher education or student services, preferably financial aid, and knowledge of federal/state regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial aid reports including awarding, residency, enrollment, Federal Pell Grants, TEACH Grant, and Transient Study processing.
• Support Pell Grant and TEACH Grant programs with specialized duties.
• Provide timely information about financial aid policies to students, families, and visitors through meetings and outreach.
• Analyze and verify awarding and disbursement reports, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with other institutions to resolve Pell MRRs and monitor the Transient Study Program.
