Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred with 2–3 years graduate program experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify student disbursement and origination reports.
• Ensure accurate award processing; correct over/under awards.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, and university policies in Banner/NextGen.
• Respond to student inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism.
