Job summary

PACS is seeking an Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator to help ensure each nursing shift is fully staffed, with scheduling coordinated daily and weekly, and new hires oriented for a smooth start.

You will partner with HR and nursing leaders to monitor attendance, maintain up-to-date records, and keep operations running on time with clear, professional communication across staff and departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every nursing shift is fully and appropriately staffed based on census, budget, and need
• Prep and orient new hires with schedules and orientation support
• Monitor and report attendance and tardiness accurately
• Collaborate with HR and Nursing leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain clear, positive, and professional communication with staff, applicants, and departments
• Keep records, licenses, and certifications up-to-date and compliant
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to cover all shifts
• Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes
• Schedule and track transportation for resident appointments and outings
• Work with drivers and nursing staff to keep operations on time
• Handle changes or updates with confidence and speed
• Maintain accurate scheduling logs and transport calendars
• Collaborate across departments to keep operations flowing
• You’ll be a trusted partner in maintaining the heartbeat of our nursing operations.

• Hourly Wage: $23-$32

As the Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to for ensuring that:
