Mountain View Post Acute in Ellensburg, WA is seeking an Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator to ensure nursing shifts are fully staffed and compliant. You will prepare new hires with schedules and orientation, monitor attendance, and collaborate with HR to keep operations running smoothly.

The role involves coordinating daily schedules, filling last-minute changes, and coordinating transportation for residents.

• New hires are prepped with schedules and orientation support
• Attendance and tardiness are monitored and reported accurately
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered
• Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes
• Coordinate transportation for resident appointments and outings
• Maintain accurate records and reports like scheduling logs and transport calendars

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary/Interim

Hourly Wage: $23-$32

As the Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator , you'll be the go-to for ensuring that:

• Every nursing shift is fully and appropriately staffed based on census, budget, and need
• New hires are prepped and ready with schedules and orientation support
• Attendance and tardiness are monitored and reported accurately
• You work closely with HR and Nursing leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communication stays clear, positive, and professional with staff, applicants, and departments
• Records, licenses, and certifications are always up-to-date and compliant
• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered
• Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes
• Schedule and track transportation for resident appointments and outings
• Work closely with drivers and nursing staff to keep everything running on time
• Handle any changes or updates with confidence and speed
• Maintain accurate records and reports like scheduling logs and transport calendars
• Collaborate across departments to keep operations flowing
• You'll be a trusted partner in maintaining the heartbeat of our nursing operations.
