• Assist with order processing, label printing, and maintaining accurate order flow throughout production.
• Assemble customized products, including selecting materials, packaging completed orders, and preparing items for customer pickup. Support inventory organization and stocking of finished products.
• Verify customer orders and assist with order pickup, ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshoot basic order, product, or technology-related issues as they arise.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks, tablets, and digital ordering platforms.
• Guide customers through customization options and answer questions about the ordering process.
• Operate check-in systems, tablets, QR code technology, and other customer-facing tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support while representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take on additional duties and assist across departments as business needs require.

Friday | 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday | 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Sunday | 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
