Qualifications

• Combination of training and experience required to perform the duties.

• Experience with arthropod identification is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process large numbers of arthropod samples under the stereoscope.
• Identify and record numbers of major insect and mite pests.
• Label and organize arthropod samples.
• Assist with fieldwork and greenhouse collection of samples.
• Safely operate heavy-duty hand tools and field equipment.
