Temporary Employment Services (TES) Employees perform a variety of general clerical and administrative support functions for multiple departments during the course of employment. One of our departments on the Davis Campus is looking for a temporary Digital Communications Specialist 3 / Videographer/Photographer for a temporary assignment. Temporary Assignments may involve activities such as creating documents and spreadsheets using MS Office and other similar tools, calendar management using Outlook, scheduling meetings both in person and virtual, event planning, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, processing payroll transactions, human resources support, and other related clerical duties such as reception, answering phones, filing, scanning and managing correspondence.
