Qualifications

• State of Oregon Teaching License with ESOL PK-12 endorsement and current First Aid Card.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ELL or culturally diverse student populations is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lessons aligned to content standards and English language development goals.
• Deliver instruction that actively engages students and uses assessments for placement and growth.
• Create a respectful classroom environment that supports home language and culture.
• Maintain records, communicate with families, and collaborate with colleagues and administrators.
• Attend scheduled ELL Department meetings and participate in school program activities.
