Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teaches reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, art, music, physical education, and health education.
• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials to meet diverse learners.
• Plans and coordinates work of educational assistants in the classroom.
• Evaluates student progress and maintains records per district policies.
• Communicates with parents and holds conferences regarding student progress.
• Participates in in-service and curriculum development activities.
