Notre Dame Hospitality is hiring for a Temporary Retail Associate at Duncan Student Center in the Campus Dining department. You will support Chick-fil-A and Hagerty Café with food prep, stocking, POS operations, and customer service on a fast-paced campus setting.

Hours are 11AM-9PM, with availability during home football games. Pay rate is $17.50 per hour, and the role involves maintaining clean facilities and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work during home football games.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food.
• Stock and load vans for deliveries.
• Prep upcoming orders/work in a high volume quick service location.
• Wash dishes, and maintain eating areas within unit.
• Perform all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities.
• Assist guests and exceed expectations while working at a fast-paced dining establishment.

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Retail Associates at Duncan Student Center in our Campus Dining department. The UOES division oversees the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Retail Associate

This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities (Chick-Fil-A)

• Accurately follow the daily production lists per Chick-Fil-A brand training
• Prepare food
• Stock and load vans for deliveries
