The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring for temporary/on-call Retail Associates (2nd & 3rd shift) in Campus Dining. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, multi-unit dining environment on campus.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, food prep, inventory management, operating POS, and upholding brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe work space. Late-night Sundays availability is required.

Qualifications

• Available to work late night shifts (6PM-2AM). Must be available to work Sundays.
• Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous food service experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for temporary/on-call Retail Associates (2nd & 3rd shift) in our Campus Dining department. The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Retail Associate

This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly multi unit environment.
