The length of service for this position is approximately eleven weeks. This temporary position will start in September and end in mid-December (holidays off). There is flexibility with the schedule as it will be dependent upon the hired individuals availability and may be up to 20 hours per week.

SHIBA provides free, unbiased assistance to Idahoans regarding Medicare benefits. Through the Medicare open enrollment period, you will be a valuable part of the DOI Team. This position will set up counseling appointments using MS Outlook, provide customer assistance over the phone, work in a proprietary computer program, and perform a variety of office support functions for SHIBA.
