The length of service for these positions is approximately eleven weeks. The role will start in September and end in mid-December (holidays off). There is flexibility with the schedule as it will be dependent upon the hired individuals’ availability. Our part-time positions may be up to 20 hours per week, and our full-time positions may be up to 40 hours per week.

SHIBA provides free, unbiased assistance to Idahoans regarding Medicare benefits. Through the Medicare open enrollment period, you will be a valuable part of the DOI Team. This position will set up counseling appointments, provide customer assistance over the phone including Medicare counseling (training to be provided), work in a proprietary computer program, and perform a variety of office support functions for SHIBA.
