Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in ticketing operations or related field; familiarity with SeatGeek and Ticketmaster.
  • Strong administrative accuracy, organization, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and ticketing systems.
  • Professional written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, Hospitality, or related field; flexibility for nights, weekends, and onsite events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital ticket transfers, manifests, seating charts, credential lists, guest lists, and fulfillment records.
  • Fulfill ticket requests for sports, VIP programs, employees, clients, partners, and events with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support ticketing platforms, internal request processes, guest communications, user troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, venues, leagues, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Provide onsite and post-event support, including check-in and issue escalation, reconciliations, and post-event file closeout.

Job description

Title: Temporary Coordinator, Ticket Operations
Industry: Sports, Entertainment & Live Events
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12-month assignment

Responsibilities
  • Support ticket request intake, tracking, documentation, stakeholder correspondence, reporting, and invoice processing for Ticket Operations.
  • Manage digital ticket transfers, manifests, seating charts, credential lists, guest lists, inventory tracking, distribution lists, and fulfillment records.
  • Fulfill ticket requests for sports, VIP programs, employees, clients, partners, and special events with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support ticketing platforms, internal request processes, guest communications, user troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, venues, leagues, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Provide onsite and post-event support, including event preparation, check-in assistance, issue escalation, reconciliation, and event file closeout while managing shifting priorities.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in ticketing operations or a related field, including familiarity with ticketing-platform backends such as SeatGeek and Ticketmaster.
  • Strong administrative accuracy, organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, along with ticketing systems, inventory trackers, request forms, databases, and operational platforms.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information discreetly and work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and onsite events as required.
