Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and minimum one year of office/administrative experience.
• Ability to intake and assemble loan documentation accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with Members, branches and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Members, volunteers, internal team members, and service providers.
• Intake new loan applications and route to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and assemble required documents for construction loan files.
• Act as primary contact for Member walk‑in traffic for mortgage lending.
